Selph Improvement LLC is a family-owned and operated property improvement company built on hard work, reliability, and a genuine commitment to helping people take better care of their homes and properties.

What started with a focus on cleaning and property upkeep has grown into a hands-on service company providing residential and commercial cleaning, landscaping and yard cleanup, cleanouts, deck cleaning and staining, property maintenance, turnovers, and small renovation and improvement projects.

Shai brings a strong hands-on approach to the field and day-to-day project work, while Nikaila helps lead the business, customer experience, planning, and operations. Together, they have built Selph Improvement LLC around a simple standard: show up, do quality work, communicate clearly, and treat every property with respect.

As an insured local company serving Allegheny, Beaver, and Washington Counties, Selph Improvement LLC is proud to work with homeowners, landlords, property managers, and businesses throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area.
